It's getting hotter out, but it can always get hotter. Today I wanted to share with you an intriguing collection of stories called The Devil You Know, which is about encounters with the titular devil. This is an anthology featuring many different writers and stories, but they all center on the same subject: those who face off against the ultimate evil.

Surely it doesn't need to be said that this is an old story concept being done by a fresh batch of authors, but it is altogether a necessary one. Tales like this used to be the foundation of much western storytelling, including what would become the pulps and their follow-ups in other mediums. What more of a worthy (or unworthy) opponent for the forces of good than the very leader of forces of evil? You definitely won't see this coming out of OldPub.
